How does the 25% work exactly?+
After each booking, Airbnb pays out net of their service fees. We take 25% of that net amount and transfer you the remaining 75% on a monthly schedule with a full statement.
Is there a minimum commitment?+
No. We work on a rolling 30-day notice. You can cancel at any time with 30 days notice, no penalty.
Who pays for the cleaning team?+
Guests. Cleaning is a pass-through fee added to each booking — not deducted from your revenue.
What if my property underperforms?+
We own the outcome. If we miss the benchmark we modelled on the strategy call, we rework the listing (photos, copy, pricing) at no cost — or you can cancel with 30 days notice.
Can I cancel?+
Anytime, with 30 days notice. No lock-ins, no exit fees. Your listing transfers back to you with everything intact.
