Risk & Protection
Every booking is covered by Airbnb's AirCover (up to $3M). We handle the claim process end-to-end. We have had 0% host cancellations to date — and we have managed damage claims without a single owner having to lift a finger.

Global Co-Hosting
Often yes — but only if we have a reliable local partner on the ground. We do not take on a listing we cannot deliver at our standard. Message us with your city and we will tell you honestly.
